Update Firmware for iPad Magnetic Charger

System Requirements

This software requires Windows 7 (64-bit) or a newer version of Windows.
macOS, Linux, and other operating systems are not supported at this time.

Upgrade Instructions

Step 1: Extract the Files

Extract the compressed package to obtain the firmware update tool.

Step 2: Launch the Software

Double-click the application file to open the firmware update tool.

Step 3: Select the COM Port

Click the small arrow in the Port field. A COM port (such as COM3, COM5, etc.) should appear in the list.

Select the available COM port.

If no COM port is displayed:

  • Make sure the product is properly connected to the computer.
  • Verify that the USB-C port on your computer supports data transfer and is functioning correctly.

Step 4: Connect the Device

Click the Connect button.

When the button status changes to Connected, the product has been successfully connected to the computer.

Step 5: Load the Firmware File

Click Open File and select the firmware file.

After loading, a CRC32 value will be displayed, indicating that the firmware file has been successfully loaded.

Step 6: Start the Firmware Update

Click Download.

The progress bar at the bottom of the window will indicate the update progress.

Step 7: Complete the Update

When the update is completed successfully, the message:

“Download successful!”

will be displayed.

This indicates that the firmware has been updated successfully and the product is ready for use.

Troubleshooting

If a red error message appears during the update process:

  1. Disconnect the USB-C cable from the computer.
  2. Reconnect the USB-C cable.
  3. Repeat the firmware update procedure.
